Henry Howard -- out of the frame

Here is a cleaned up version of Henry Howard. He was a button Maker. Lee received the following from a Civil War historian, who had information on Massachusetts Volunteers. It appears Henry may have died from his wounds, before 1875.

Hi Mr. Webb,

I have two regimental history books on the tenth. I did find a Henry N. Howard.

The Tenth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry by Alfred S. Roe. (1909).
Pg. 121. Casualities In The Tenth, July 1,1862. Company D..... Wounded ..... Henry N. Howard.
Pg. 408 Company D. Howard,Henry N. b. Grafton; 20, Single; button maker, Northampton; June 14, '61; wd. July 1, '62, Malvern Hill; dis. No date, disa.; died before 1875.

"Ours." Annals Of 10th Regiments,Massachusetts Volunteers In The Rebellion. By Capt. Joseph Newell (1875).

Pg. 468. Henry N. Howard, button maker, was born at Grafton, N.Y.; enlisted May 31, 1861; age, twenty; wounded at Malvern; discharged for disability ; died.

Hope this helps.
